Ibis Glen Waverley Hotel is situated within the Melbourne suburb of Glen Waverly. The site of 4,400 square metres of freehold land is located on the corner of Springvale Road and Kingsway Glen Waverley. Glen Waverley is approximately 23 Kilometres south east of the Melbourne Central Business District and 47 kilometres from Melbourne International Airport. Springvale Road is a major north-south traffic artery which extends throughout the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
